Mandatory prerequisites:

• Physicians with special interest in pediatric orthopedics/trauma
• Between one and ten years of clinical/research experience since graduation
• Good command of English

• Letter of recommendation from your division or department chairperson which must include a description of the work and research experience as well as a statement regarding your proficiency in English language. The letter must also include an explicit consent that permits you to participate in the courses on the account of your working duties at the hospital, should your application be approved by the Committee
• Letter in which the relevancy of the course for your work is described, stating the reason for partaking in the training program as well as how you can impart the acquired knowledge
• Curriculum vitae including most relevant publications
